Mindbody, Glofox, Zen Planner, PushPress and Gymdesk all start north of $100 a month and climb from there — more locations, more staff, and a higher tier for the features you wanted in the first place. The prices above are the whole of ours, and they do not move as you grow into them.
The subscription is the part everybody compares. These are the parts that usually are not on the price page at all:
Compare a whole year, not a monthly headline: the subscription, plus the margin taken from your members' payments, plus the add-ons, plus the per-seat fees. That total is what gym software actually costs you, and it is the comparison we are happy to be judged on.
What we promise about price
Every one of these is built into the billing system, not just written here.
If your price ever goes up, you are emailed sixty days beforehand and every invoice until that date is at your old price. Our billing physically cannot charge the new amount early.
No notice period, no waiting for a renewal. If the price drops, your next invoice drops with it.
Drop below 100 active members and you stop paying at once. No form, no email to us, no waiting for the period to end.
Card payments go straight into your own Stripe account at Stripe's own rates. We are not in the middle of it and we take no percentage.
